The South African Journal of Clinical Nutrition is the official joint publication of the Association for Dietetics in South Africa, the Nutrition Society of South Africa and the South African Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. It is a peer-reviewed scientific journal and is published quarterly.



Saspen is the South African Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. The Society is active in the Southern African region, promoting nutrition research and all forms of nutritional education.
